Refund policy
If you're not satisfied with any Simpoly Solutions software product you purchased from www.simpolysolutions.com, you may contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. A refund cannot be issued after 14 days.

REFUND RULES
1. Only Simpoly Solutions software purchased via www.simpolysolutions.com or an authorized reseller is eligible for a refund. If you bought it elsewhere, your software is subject to the return policies of that vendor.
2. A refund request must be started within 14 days of your purchase.
3. If we issue a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement within 3-5 business days. Upon receipt, you must uninstall any software for which you no longer possess a valid license. We will disable the product keys of the software which you requested a refund for after we successfully issue a refund.
